c) Unless otherwise specified, the services provided on this website are for your sole personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, publish or sell any information, artwork, products or services obtained from the website.

f) Casi of the Light will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website including but not limited to damages for consequential loss.

g) You may not use interactive areas on Casi of the Light’s website for unlawful, dishonest, questionable or immoral purposes. This includes comments which may be considered as 'spam' or potentially construed as libelous.

Independent Contractor Partnerships:

The practitioners working for or with Casi of the Light on retreats are independent contractors. As independent contractors, each practitioner operates as an independent entity. They are not employees of Casi of the Light nor Casi of the Light’s affiliates other than the relationship as an Independent Contractor. As an independent contractor, practitioners understand and agree that they are responsible for securing their own liability insurance to protect themselves against liability arising from their work, including but not limited to injury and/or death. Moreover, the views, opinions, and practices of said practitioners are those of the individuals and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of Casi of the Light and its affiliates. Examples, modules, modes, practices, analysis, suggestions, and all other aspects of recommendations by practitioners are fully their own. With this in mind, all individuals and groups seeking services should research on their own to determine if the suggested services are right for you. Additionally, individuals should always consult their physicians before beginning any exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, or other program. 

If you do not accept the terms of this Disclaimer, you should immediately discontinue your access to Casi of the Light’s websites, its affiliates, its practitioners, and other services.

Refund Policy for Retreats 
I lovingly hold space for each person who commits to joining our retreat. Because your reservation allows me to confirm lodging, meals, and experiences in advance, I use the following policy to honor both your commitment and the integrity of the retreat:

​

A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your spot.

If you cancel 90 days or more before the retreat begins, I will gladly refund any payments made beyond your deposit.

If you cancel 61–89 days before the retreat, 50% of your balance (minus deposit) will be refunded.

If you cancel 60 days or less before the retreat, I’m unable to offer a refund, as all arrangements will have been finalized.

Retreats must be paid in full 30 days prior to the retreat or your reservation will be cancelled.

You are always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or colleague if you cannot attend.

I deeply encourage every participant to purchase travel insurance for peace of mind in case of illness, emergencies, or unexpected changes. This helps ensure that your investment in yourself is protected.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy for Spiritual Readings 

Each Soul Contract or Channeled Reading is created with deep care, intention, and preparation. Because of the sacred time and energy invested in crafting your session, all readings are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. You are welcome to reschedule once without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your session time slot and deposit.

Please know that all guidance is offered for personal insight and spiritual growth. Readings are confirmations for what your soul already knows. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Your openness and willingness to engage with the process are key to receiving the most benefit.
